Many of our training products require you to use student files to complete exercises and tasks. These files can be downloaded free of charge. To find out if the manual you are purchasing has a corresponding student file, type in the product code or name in the red 'search our catalogue' bar at the top left of this screen (product codes can be found on the front cover & sometimes in brackets ( ) under or near the book title). Examples of Product codes are: WPP325, INF201
You will then be taken to the product information page for that particular course. You will be able to download the files and installation instructions from the product information page. If student files do not exist for the course you have selected, the code N/A will appear next to the student file heading on the right-hand side of the page.
Student file download instructions
- Click on the Download files link
. This will allow you to download a self-extracting Zip file (.exe file) containing the relevant exercise files. - Double-Click on the .exe file you have downloaded.
- The WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box will appear on the screen.
- Click on Unzip.
- A small dialog box will appear reading "...files unzipped successfully."
- Click on OK, then Close.
- All files will now be located under a folder on your C: drive entitled "Course files for....” followed by the name of the application e.g. course files for Windows XP.
- If you cannot locate the folder in Windows Explorer press F5 to refresh the screen or failing that, contact us on 1300 655 488.
